Brake Parts

Street Brake Pad
It is made of non-asbestos material that gives top priority to the maneuverability on the street.  It maximally controls the stains of the wheel caused by the annoying brake dust even for the genuine part, and pursues the effectiveness in proportion to the force on pedal.  Meanwhile, the reasonable price setting is the charm, too.  You can replace it as if it were genuine parts during inspection.

Sports Brake Pad
It is made of non-asbestos material, and exerts its stable effect over the wide temperature range from driving on the street all the way to the winding driving, the sports driving, etc.  Indeed, the dust and the brake noise are produced slightly more in comparison with the genuine parts, but the excellence in braking power, controllability, brake fade resistance, stop performance, etc. are obvious.

Sports Brake Line
If you jam down on the brake pedal, the pressure is conveyed to the pad through the hose containing the brake fluid to actuate the brake.  The hose material is changed from genuine rubber to Teflon coated with low-expansion stainless mesh to convey the force on pedal efficiently to the pad, and improve the braking reaction.

Sports Brake Rotor
The two-piece structure “Sports Brake Rotor” adopts in its disk section the CV cast iron that offers excellent performance in brake fade resistance and crack resistance to show the solid brake force.  The specifications pursue the functions such as the fin shape that releases heat stably, the cleaning slit that keeps the pad surface in best conditions, and etc.  Moreover, the lightweight and tenacious duralumin bell housing reduces approx. 20% of its weight maximally in comparison with the genuine parts.  It contributes greatly to the steering, too.

Mastervac Brace
The master cylinder that converts the force applied to the brake into the hydraulic pressure is attached to the mastervac.  If the mastervac and the bulkhead where it is attached are moved by insufficient rigidity, the brake feeling worsens.  Specifically, this is the part intended to regulate the excess movement spatially and improve the braking reaction.  It is the evolved version of master cylinder stopper, isn’t it?

Sports Brake System
Facing four pot cast caliper + 355 mm rotor set.  The aim is increased firmness --- designed to avoid unnecessary enlarging in order to achieve a controllable and solid braking feel from the moment you put your foot to the pedal to just before ABS kicks in, without over extending a jolting brake power.  The system is attachable without requiring any change to the surrounding parts, like the master cylinder pure aluminum wheel.  This is a brake system with excellent total balance.

Brembo Brake System
Tuning specially for the CX-7 with a system from the long standing Brembo SpA (Italy). 
The combination of an extremely tight 4POT (different diameter 40φ+ 36φ) opposed-piston spec caliper with specifications that avoid over-sizing and a floating type 320φ slit disc rotor allows bolt on installation without changing the factory standard master cylinder and alloy wheel.  This product offers a solid braking feel with superior brake balance.
