the V-mount so popular?
The V-formated Mounting
enables to flow the cooling
air uninterrapted and to
retain the short intake
piping
that provides better boost
response than the tipical
front mount intercooler
systems. The intercooler is
mounted vertically and the
radiator is palaced
approximately 45 degrees
angle, see image below.
The POWER Cool power V is
applicable and work with
stock
power setting to 500+ high
powered turbo systems. The
kit is designed to work with
air conditioner and
transmission oil cooler
equipped GDBs. The
installation requies minor
modifications without
loosing any strucural
integrity.

The cores of
radiators in the market has
been thickened from single
to double row, double to
triple row, increasing the
volume of coolant. But the
disadvantage with the thick
cores is restriction of the
air flow, passing through
the fins, consequently the
cooling efficiency becomes
worse and the temperature in
the engine room become high.
We all know the #1 factor
for any mechanism failure is
"HEAT". The heat
deteriorates the engine
performance and the
integrity of material
structure. The solution to
the mentioned is the PWR
lightweight, low cost,
all-aluminum Double Row
Radiator.

High efficiency fins
Analyzing water flow, we
decided the optimum fin pitch,
fin height, and louver pitch.
Turbocharged cars, for
example, have an intercooler
or a condenser blocking off
cool air in front of a
radiator. Furthermore, heat
tends to stay between an
intercooler and a radiator, so
the efficiency of the radiator
is difficult to be displayed.
PWR developed a radiator
considering how to prevent
heat, send cool air smoothly
to the engine room and control
rise in temperature . These
are especially effective when
driving in expressways at high
load and provide high output,
stabilizing the temperature of
water and lowering the
temperature of the air taken
in to the engine room.
Reinforced thin flat

We developed thinner,
stronger material for radiator
tube. Aluminum is difficult to
radiate, so we made tube thin
in order to greatly improve
radiation. |
