The
original
Kevlar
timing
belt
developped
by
PWR
in 1997
featured
4-times
durability
against
stretching
compared
to
the
stock
belts
gained
huge
popularity
among
race
engine
builders
and
the
most
of
tuner
parts
manufacturers.
At
end
of
2006,
PWR
reintroduced
further
advanced
Kevlar
timing
belt
based
on
the
feed
backs
sent

PWR

The
new
Kevlar
Timing
Belt
features
Zero
stretching,
2.6
times
more
durable
compare
to
the
original
PWR
Kevlar
timing
belt
and increased
in

resistance,

bending
flexibility
to
surpress
unwanted
osilations.

Super
Kevlar
also
improved
mechanism

transition
stage

Power
Enterprise
gaskets
are
INFUSED,
NOT
coated,
with
Molybdenum
(A
hard,
silvery-white
metallic
element
that
resists
corrosion
and
retains
its
strength
at
high
temperatures.
It
is
used
to
harden
and
toughen
steel
and
to
make
high-temperature
wiring).
Lateral
movement
(scrubbing
due
to
heat
expansion)
is
inevitable
with
an
aluminum
head,
even
with
the
most
advanced
race
engines.
In
addition
to
being
infused
with
Molybdenum
the
gaskets
are
also
coated
with
NBR
(Nitrile,

soft
compound
for
greater
sealant
effect
on
rough
surface)

is

chemical
resistance
and
sealing.

FKM
(cheaper

pliable)
is
widely
used
by
other
leading
gasket
makers.

Stopper-Type
Gasket
are
flawed
by
design.
Stopper-Type
Gaskets
are
hard
throughout
the
gasket
making
them
only
efficient
at
the
primary
seal.
When
a
Stopper-Type
Gasket
is
torqued
down
it
forms
unwanted
grooves
at
the
edge
of
the
cylinder
wall
and
concave
grooves
where
the
head
meets
the
engine
block.
This
uneven
seal
results
in
good
primary
seal
but
extremely
poor
sealing
through
the
water
jackets
causing
poor
cooling
properties.
Sealing
the
head
securely
AND
evenly
will
decrease
the
chances
of
catastrophic
